Indique que ton serveur Apache est up & running. Par contre, le tuto date un peu et la page n'est peut etre plus la meme sur les dernières versions de XAMPP. Tu as essayé:

]]>XAMPP a été instalé, mon PC qui tourne avec Kubuntu-15, voila ce que j'obtiens via mon terminal :
stephanie@stephanie-Smart-DESK-series:~$ sudo /opt/lampp/lampp start
Mot de passe [sudo] pour stephanie :
Starting XAMPP for Linux 7.0.3-1...
XAMPP: Starting Apache...fail.
XAMPP: Another web server is already running.
XAMPP: Starting MySQL...ok.
XAMPP: Starting ProFTPD...ok.
À la page http://www.tuto-fr.com/tutoriaux/linux/XAMPP/ le résultat est légèrement diférent puisqu'il y a la ligne suplémentaire à la fin :
XAMPP for Linux started.
Du coup l'URL 127.0.0.1/xampp/splash.php génère une page non trouvée au lieu de la page de XAMPP :
Not Found
The requested URL /xampp/splash.php was not found on this server.

je me pose alors la question ;
pourquoi n'ai je pas accès à la page de XAMPP alors que XAMPP est installé ?
